Fraud: Virginia County Finds 17 Repeat Voters From 2012 Election
[TOWNHALL] Virginia County officials have discovered multiple instances of voter fraud from the 2012 presidential election. Seventeen to be exact. The Virginia Voters Alliance and Election Integrity Maryland launched the investigation in Fairfax County, Va. and Maryland. Here's how they revealed the fraud and pursued a follow up inquiry:

Officials from Fairfax and Montgomery County, Md., identified dual voters by matching first and last names, dates of birth and Social Security numbers.

Brian Schoenemann, secretary of the Fairfax County Electoral Board, said he sent letters and evidence to county Commonwealth Attorney Ray Morrogh, state Attorney General Mark Herring, U.S. Attorney Dana Boente and the Public Integrity Section of the Department of Justice requesting further investigation.

Oh yeah, and one of those people charged with fraud has reportedly been voting twice for over a decade.

In response to these findings, Reagan George, president of the nonpartisan VVA, criticized political progressives for insisting voter fraud is an unfair invention intending to keep minorities away from the polls:

George said the presence of dual voters demolishes the argument by political "progressives" that voter fraud doesn't exist.

"Their next point will be that voter fraud is such a small percentage that such voter fraud should be ignored. What percentage of the overall vote is tolerable for progressives?" George asked.
Depends -- who's getting the fraudulent votes?
"VVA believes we should have zero tolerance for voter fraud in our elections," he said in a statement.

Cathy Kelleher, president of the nonpartisan Election Integrity Maryland, says that her group has not been asked to help find additional dual voters, presumably because election officials intend on keeping Virginia blue. Kelleher said EIM sent names of 164 alleged duplicate Virginia-Maryland statewide voters to Mary Wagner at the State Board of Elections.

"She passed them on to the State Prosecutor Emmett Davitt. We have not received any response to the inquiry," Kelleher said.

Illegal voting isn't an anomaly for Virginia. In last year's gubernatorial race, voting irregularities and several cases of intimidation at the polls were found in 13 districts across the state after Democrat Terry McAuliffe won the election. Some votes were found cast by people who had moved out of the district or were deceased.

Voter fraud is real. Who knows how many more illegal votes were cast throughout Virginia's elections and the country as a whole. Hopefully this will be a wake up call to progressives who often choose to look the other way.

#1  Did they check Pennsylvania and New York as well? It is entirely possible to hit all states in one day. And thrownin a few absentee ballots in as well and you have a serial voter.

#2  Hopefully this will be a wake up call to progressives who often choose to look the other way.

For the communists progressives, it's a feature, not a bug. They're concern is only about power. They know that if they attempt an out right coup, they'd lose the subsequent civil war. So instead, they violate the law while making sure the proles worship the law and are unwilling to play the same game they play. That way they gain the acquiescence to their assumption of power.

#3  Here is how things happen in France.

1) Before December of the previous year you have to get a voting card. In order to get it you have to submit proof of citizenship and proof of where you live. No proof of citizenship => no voting card => no vote. And of course submissions are handed nationally so you can never hold more than one voting card at a time.

2) Once you get your voting card you are assigned a voting place close to your home. You cannot vote elsewhere and, of course, you cannot vote more than one time at the same election.

3) No silly things like early vote where people are encouraged to vote the earliest possible so they can't change their mins later. Campaign and electoral debates are supposed to inform you so early voters should be considered uninformed voters. Last day before election is "reflexion day" where citizen are supposed to weigh the pros and cons. No propaganda is allowed this day.

4) No "get out the vote" initiatives. First because such initiatives are never neutral. Second Because if you are so uninterested ijn politics you need an activist to lead you toi vote and for which party then you should stay at home watching sports instead of casting an uninformed vote.

5) Vote is for a single day and despite no early vote and higher turnouts than in America most of the time there is no line at all. If you are _very_ silly or unfortunate you could get a five to ten minutes line. So why, why, why to have early vote? Why in America you stick to setting few voting places?

5) On election day you go to your assigned voting place you take one ballot paper of each party and an envelope. You go to an isolation booth and put one ballot into the envelope, then go to the board where you have to show your electoral card along with an ID card with photo of a model issued only to citizens along with . The people at the board use your electoral card to check that you are registered for this particular voting place. They have a printout of registered people and ask you to sign your entry in the printout before you are allowed to cast the vote. Envelope goes into a _transparent ballot_ box. No electronic box. I am a programmer and electronic vote just gives me the creeps.

4) When vote ends these good old ballot papers are counted by the good old method and verifiable method of manual counting with representatives of each party watching one another to keep things honest (I think there is a judge too). It is over in about four hours so why, why, why do you have something as vulnerable to cheating than electronic vote?

5) Once the votes are counted, everything: register, counting results countersigned by every party along with every single ballot paper go into a safe place and this is sealed. In futher days the safe place is opened and under strict police and party supervision its contents are brought unto dependencied of Ministry of Interior and counted again under judge and multiparty supervision. Trying to do do like Al Franken who was elected thanks to the contents of sevaerl ballot boxes "forgotten" for days in car trunk will land you not at Capitol Hill but in La Santé (Leavenworth in US terms).

Last presidential election I found in the official site>/b> of Massachusets than in several districts of Massachusets turnover was weel above 100% and atr times close to 200%. !!!!! ????? Obama got over 90% in those district. Do that in a few voting places and you can change outcome in a swing state. Do that in a few swing states and you can change the outcome of a presidential election.

Of course the higher number of ballot places, manual counting and strict supervision of the French system has a cost but in Spanish it is told the "What is cheap ends up being expensive". As expensive than an Obama. I am not talking merely of taxes or effects on economy but of the cost in blmood and treasure America will have to pay to offset the effects of its foreign and defence policy.

Lois Lerner's Blackberry deliberately destroyed after start of congressional probe
[FOXNEWS] Lois Lerner
...the former head of the IRS Exempt Unit. She is a past president of the Council on Governmental Ethics Laws and a member of the Massachussetts bar. She was held in contempt of Congress for her role in the IRS targeting of regime political enemies and refusing to testify. The dog ate her computer's hard drive with all her emails on it...
’s Blackberry was intentionally destroyed after Congress had begun its probe into IRS targeting of conservative groups, a senior IRS lawyer acknowledged in a sworn declaration.

Thomas Kane, Deputy Assistant Chief Counsel for the IRS, wrote in the declaration, part of a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch against the IRS, that the Blackberry was "removed or wiped clean of any sensitive or proprietary information and removed as scrap for disposal in June 2012."

That date - June 2012 - is significant because by that time, ex-IRS official Lerner had already been summoned before congressional staffers who interviewed her about reports of the IRS' targeting of conservative groups.

"We had already talked to her. Our personal staff and Oversight Committee staff had sat down with Ms. Lerner and confronted her about information we were getting from conservative groups in the state of Ohio and around the country," Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, told Fox News.

"If you intentionally destroy evidence, that is a crime. If you make a statement in court saying the evidence is not available and it is, that is also a crime," said Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice.

The IRS did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

News of the Blackberry's destruction followed Monday’s statement by Judicial Watch that Justice Department attorneys said in a Friday phone call the federal government backs up all computer records to ensure continuity of government in event of a catastrophe, but retrieving the Lerner emails would simply be "too onerous."

An administration official told Fox News Monday night that Judicial Watch misinterpreted the Friday phone call. "There was no new back-up system described last week to Judicial Watch," he said. "Government lawyers who spoke to Judicial Watch simply referred to the same email retention policy that Commissioner (John) Koskinen had described in his Congressional testimony."

DOT Proposes Mandating Cars Broadcast Location, Direction and Speed
[CNSNEWS] The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, part of the Department of Transportation, published last week an "advanced notice of proposed rLearned Elders of Islamking" on "vehicle-to-vehicle communications."

What NHTSA is proposing could begin a transformation in the American transportation system that makes our lives better and freer -- or gives government more power over where we go and when.

In announcing its proposed rLearned Elders of Islamking, NHTSA is stressing its intention to protect the "privacy" of American drivers.

"This document initiates rLearned Elders of Islamking that would propose to create a new Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard, FMVSS No. 150, to require vehicle-to-vehicle communication capability for light vehicles," says NHTSA's dryly-worded notice.

What do vehicle-to-vehicle communications entail?

NHTSA has crafted a nice phrase to describe the information cars would broadcast. It is the "Basic Safety Message."

"An integrated V2V system is connected to proprietary data busses and can provide highly accurate information using in-vehicle information to generate the Basic Safety Message," says NHTSA's technical report on "Readiness of V2V for Application."

"The integrated system both broadcasts and receives BSMs," says the report. "In addition, it can process the content of received messages to provide advisories and/or warnings to the driver of the vehicle in which it is installed."

Gov. Jerry Brown To Mexican Illegals: 'You're All Welcome In California'
[BREITBART] On Monday evening, Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, Governor Jerry Governor Moonbeam Brown
... those who ignore history are bound to repeat it ...
said all Mexicans, including undocumented Democrats, are welcome in California.

According to the Los Angeles Times, while introducing Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto, who said America is "the other Mexico," Brown "spoke about the interwoven histories of Mexico and California." He "nodded to the immigrants in the room, saying it didn't matter if they had permission to be in the United States."

"You're all welcome in California," Brown reportedly said.

Brown has made California a sanctuary state by signing the Trust Act, giving driver's licenses to undocumented Democrats. He has also expanded financial aid to undocumented Democrats by signing the California DREAM Act. Pena Nieto reportedly "thanked state officials for embracing foreigners, citing measures that extend state benefits to immigrants."

Even during the border crisis, Brown reportedly vowed "to find ways to shorten long waits at the Tijuana-San Diego international border crossing," saying, "If we can put a man on the moon, we can put a man from Mexico to California in 20 minutes."

In 2012, 28% of Californians were born outside the United States, according to The New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...
. Hispanic voters reportedly "made up 19.2% of California voters" in 2010. And according to Pew Research, Latinos make up nearly 40% of the state's population and have made California "only the second state, behind New Mexico, where whites are not the majority and Latinos are the plurality."

Even though the University of California has admitted a record number of Hispanics, the Latino Caucus has vowed to make affirmative action and bilingual education top legislative priorities.

Pena Nieto is scheduled to address the California State Legislature in Sacramento on Tuesday.

Nah. The unions will enroll the illegals, give 'em fake social security cards and everything. And it won't matter to the union bosses when all of their legal members are unemployed because they'll still be collecting the dues from the illegals and contributing to Brown's presidential campaign. You think I'm joking? I wish I was. Hildebeast is damaged goods and Brown will be coming off of umpteen terms as Kalifornia governor which will be depicted in the MSM as successful. This kind of thing gives him the street creds too.

Crist Makes Florida Comeback Bid As 4 States Vote
[HOSTED.AP.ORG] Former Republican Gov. Charlie Crist
...the politically androgynous former governor of Florida...
was poised for a political comeback Tuesday as voters select a Democratic nominee to challenge Republican Gov. Rick Scott in Florida, one of four states where voters were choosing candidates for statewide office.

Crist, running against former state Sen. Nan Rich, has won three statewide races as a Republican, and it wasn't that long ago that he called himself a Ronald Reagan/Jeb Bush Republican. He was once considered a potential running mate for 2008 Republican presidential nominee John Maverick McCain
... the Senator-for-Life from Arizona, former presidential candidate and even more former foot soldier in the Reagan Revolution...
and he had the backing of GOP leaders in a 2010 bid for Senate - until Marco Rubio used an image of Crist hugging President Barack Obama
I mean, I do think at a certain point you've made enough money...
to chase Crist from the primary.

After campaigning for Obama in 2012 and completing his political transition later that year, Crist, 58, now is the favorite to win the Democratic nomination to face Scott. His opponent, Rich, has been running for governor longer than Crist has been a Democrat but lacks Crist's name recognition and money.

Scott, 72, who has minor primary opposition, has already anticipated that Crist will be his opponent. He's spent millions of dollars on ads criticizing Crist and pointing out how he has changed from opposing to supporting same-sex marriage, gun control and Obama's health care plan.
