Afghanistan
Pakistan Must Stop Supporting Terrorists: Waziri
[Tolo News] Addressing a joint presser of security agencies, the Defense Ministry front man Dawlat Waziri said the international community including the United States should convince Pakistain to stop supporting terrorists.

"Pakistain, very shamelessly, continues to support bully boyz and continues to shell rockets on Afghanistan provinces," Waziri said in response to a question about the recent cross-Durand Line incursions by Pakistain.

"Pakistain must stop supporting terrorists," he said.

Last week, more than 500 missiles landed in Kunar in the eastern part of Afghanistan after being fired off from across the Durand Line, local officials said.

The missiles landed in Shultan, Dangam, Shegal and Marwa districts in Kunar province
... which is right down the road from Chitral. Kunar is Haqqani country.....
‐ in the east of the country, displacing dozens of families, local officials told TOLOnews.

Meanwhile,
...back at the palazzo, Count Guido stepped from behind the suit of armor, rapier in hand. Ciccolini snarled and reached for his own weapon...
the Defense Ministry front man said "the enemy is losing in Afghanistan".

He said bully boyz activities have increased by 13 percent this year but in the meantime, bully boyz suffered heavy losses this year, compared to last year.

"The movements of the enemy increased by 13 percent compared with last year and their casualties increased by 11 percent if compared with last year," he added.

"Terrorists wanted to move their hideouts to Afghanistan and it was the main reason for the increasing war in the country."

He said they call on the international community to further help Afghanistan in the fight against terrorism.

At the same event, the Interior Affairs Ministry’s front man Najib Danish spoke out about achievements of the Afghan National Police across the country.

"The (Ministry of Interior’s) counternarcotic department launched 2,000 operations against (drugs) smugglers this year and tossed in the slammer
Maw! They're comin' to get me, Maw!
2,647 (suspected drugs smugglers)," he said.

He said the police force members carried out at least 100 operations recently and that "45 people, who were included in the recent insecurities were killed during Operation Danish".

Dostum Reportedly On His Way Home After 6 Months In Turkey
[Tolo News] The National Islamic Movement of Afghanistan front man Bashir Ahmad Tayyanj on Saturday said first Vice President General Abdul Rashid Dostum
...ethnic Uzbek warlord who distinguished himself fighting the Soviets and the Taliban. The story that he had a bad guy run over with a tank is an exaggeration. It was an armored personnel carrier...
is preparing to return to Afghanistan after spending about six months in The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire....
Dostum on Friday met with Ottoman Turkish president Rajab Tayeb Erdogan, which according to Tayyanj, was his last meeting in Turkey before returning home.

"An increase of Afghan students in Turkey, regulating Afghan refugees in Turkey and securing Turkey’s attention, a powerful actor, in Afghanistan’s issues were discussed. This was the end of the vice president’s agenda in Turkey and now he is preparing to return to Afghanistan," said Tayyanj.

For the past few months speculation has been rife as to why Dostum has remained in Turkey. Some have said he is there for medical treatment while others have said he is in exile.

News of his return, come however amid an ongoing investigation by the Attorney General Office’s (AGO) into the Dostum-Eshchi issue. Recently a primary court sentenced seven of Dostum’s bodyguards to eight years in prison after finding them guilty of illegally imprisoning former Jawzjan governor Ahmad Eshchi and of sexually abusing him.

"The AGO can investigate the allegations against the first vice president. But the court cannot rule in the case as a special court must be established," Abdul Wahid Farzaie, deputy head of Afghanistan's Lawyers Union said.

HoR delegation in Ankara talks
[Libya Herald] A group of members of the House of Representatives has called for closer relations with The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire....
. The group, consisting of eight members who support the Presidency Council, arrived earlier during the week in Ankara at the invitation of the Ottoman Turkish government. During the week, they met President Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First
... Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him...
as well as member of the Ottoman Turkish parliaments foreign affairs committee and deputy foreign minister Ahmet Yildiz, and Turkey’s special envoy for Libya Emrullah Isler. They also met with the Ottoman Turkish Contractors Association.

Later in Istanbul, there were meetings with municipal officials and with the Foreign Economic Relations Board.

According to Benghazi member Ziyad Daghim, the visit ‐ in return for that by Isler to Tripoli
...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn...
last month ‐ was aimed at improving relations with Turkey and changing what he called "misconceptions" about it back in Libya.

Although Turkey maintains close relations with the PC and its government of national accord, it is viewed with suspicion in eastern Libya where the Beida-based government of Abdullah Thinni as well as the Libyan National Army and those around HoR president Ageela Saleh have been openly critical of it. They have accused it, along with Qatar
...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates...
, of interfering in Libyan affairs by supporting the Moslem Brüderbund and Islamist myrmidons. As a result, while Turkey was the first country to reopen its embassy in Tripoli and kept its consulate in Misrata open throughout the period of the diplomatic exodus from Libya, it has not reopened the consulate in Benghazi ‐ and for the moment has no plans to do so.

According to Daghim, the talks also covered the issue of outstanding payments to Ottoman Turkish companies.

The kidnapping of three Ottoman Turkish engineers in Obari at the beginning of the month and security for Ottoman Turkish companies in Libya or planning to go to Libya was also reportedly discussed, as was the requirement for Libyans to have visas to visit Turkey.

Another security directorate for Benghazi
[Libya Herald] The acting interior minister in the Beida-based government, Colonel Younis Mohammed Belgassem Ismail, has appointed a new security directorate head in Benghazi.

The new man is Colonel Rafaa Bsaikri, an engineer from Benghazi. He replaces Colonel Faiz El-Shelmani who was appointed in August. The latter replaced Colonel Nuh al-Arifi, appointed in May, who in turn replaced Colonel Saleh Mohammed al-Khafaifi appointed at the end of January.

Benghazi has had almost as many security directorate heads in the past two and a half years as there have been interior ministers in the eastern government. Bsaikri is the seventh. Belgassem Ismail who appointed him is the eighth acting interior minister.

Arabia
Source ‘Close to Royal Family’ Claims Saudi King Will Abdicate
This is a very interesting report. Note the news sources that this Afghan newspaper quotes, dear Reader.
[Tolo News] Speculation is rife that the Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
n king, Salman bin Abdulaziz, plans to abdicate and pass the throne along to his son Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman next week.

However,
there's no worse danger than telling a mother her baby is ugly...
Breitbart News reported that the Saudi government has rejected these claims but on Thursday, the UK Daily Mail quoted a source "close to the royal family" as saying the king will vacate his throne next week.

According to this source, the 81-year-old king intends to "continue only as a ceremonial figurehead" while "handing over official leadership of the country to his son."

The crown prince, commonly referred to by his initials "MBS," is just 32 years old and already holds numerous posts in Saudi Arabia.

This comes after the Saudi King recently jugged
Please don't kill me!
11 princes, including a prominent billionaire, and dozens of current and former ministers in a sweeping crackdown.

A source told Daily Mail last week: "Unless something dramatic happens, King Salman
...either the largest species of Pacific salmon or the current Sheikh of the Burnin' Sands, Cutodian of the Two Holy Mosquesand Lord of Most of the Arabians....
will announce the appointment of MBS as King of Saudi Arabia next week. King Salman will play the role of the queen of England. He will only keep the title ’Custodian of the Holy Shrines.’"

Breitbart reported that this abdication strategy is supposed to secure MBS in power and allow him to concentrate on Saudi Arabia’s rapidly thawing cold war against Iran, which will include teaming up with Israel to take out Hezbollah in Leb

"MBS is convinced that he has to hit Iran and Hezbollah," the Daily Mail source said.

"MBS’s plan is to start the fire in Leb, but he’s hoping to count on Israeli military backing. He has already promised Israel billions of dollars in direct financial aid if they agree."

"MBS cannot confront Hezbollah in Leb without Israel. Plan B is to fight Hezbollah in Syria," said the source.

The Times of Israel notes that the Daily Mail report "could not be independently confirmed," and there was "no immediate reaction from Riyadh."

This reported stated that some suspect King Salman is suffering from dementia, which could help to explain why the monarchy might be quietly planning for an early transfer of power to the crown prince while denying any such plans are under consideration.

But the Times of Israel reported that the Israelis are not enthusiastic about the prospect of fighting another war with Hezbollah, which has a penchant for showing Israeli territory with poorly-aimed missiles while hiding its weapons in civilian areas so it can blame collateral deaths on the Israelis.

Tennessee imam says ‘Zionist terrorists’ stole Temple Mount from Muslims
[IsraelTimes] Somali-American AhmedulHadi Sharif warns followers 'the enemies of Allah will come and try to destroy' Mecca holy site

A Somali-American Imam told followers at the Islamic Center of Tennessee over the summer that "Zionist terrorists" stole Jerusalem’s al-Aqsa Mosque from Moslems.

"The Zionists, the number one forces of Evil in the world, had occupied and kidnapped that land long ago," AhmedulHadi Sharif said in a Friday sermon in July, newly translated and posted by watchdog group MEMRI this week. "And now they want to add al-Aqsa to their occupations. They kidnapped it."
Half hour video, courtesy of the mosque, can be seen at the link. After an initial two minutes in Arabic, the rest is mostly in English.
"If we lose Jerusalem, know that it is not going to stop there... The enemies of Allah will come and try to destroy the Kaaba," he said, referring to Islam’s holiest site in Mecca.

He clarified that "we do not hate the ethnic Jewish people, but we do hate the Zionist oppressors."

His sermon, first uploaded to the internet on July 24, came amid a spate of unrest in Jerusalem and the West Bank over the Temple Mount holy site that is home to al-Aqsa mosque.

Earlier that month, the holy site became the focus of a major crisis between Israeli authorities, Paleostinians, and Jordan over security measures taken at the entrances to the compound.

Metal detectors and cameras had been installed following a deadly attack in which three Arab Israelis emerged from the site and rubbed out two Israeli coppers using weapons that had been smuggled onto the Temple Mount.

The implementation of the measures set off daily unrest and festivities between Paleostinian protesters and Israeli police in and around East Jerusalem and the West Bank. The upgraded security measures were all ultimately removed.

Iraq
Kurdish MPs call on PM Abadi to disband Shiite militia in Tuz Khurmatu
[RUDAW.NET] Kurdish blocs in the Iraqi parliament have called on Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to take urgent steps to halt aggression against the properties of Kurdish residents of Tuz Khurmatu being done by Shiite militia groups.

“We are calling on the prime minister of Iraq to take urgent and just steps to help stop aggression against the properties of citizens in [Tuz Khurmatu] and bring those perpetrators who have done these acts to justice, especially in Tuz Khurmatu,” the Kurdish parliamentary blocs said in a published statement.

They also demanded all groups in the town be disarmed, except for the local police.

The Kurdish blocs also demanded “quick assessment” of the extent of the damage and work done to allow displaced people to return home – including offering compensation.

Co-existence in these areas faces a real threat, they stated, “because if civilians do not feel comfortable and are not sure about their dignity, lives and houses, they will not return to their places.”

The Kurdish parties also warned of the spread of “deadly diseases” among those families who are sheltering temporarily in places unsuitable to survive the winter.

“As a month has passed since the events, nothing has been done on the ground and no serious measures have been taken by the Iraqi government to help return hope for the Kurdish people and no investigation has been carried out against those who burned and blew up and looted their households, properties and shops.”

Iraqi forces, including the Hashd al-Shaabi, took over control of disputed areas in Kirkuk, Diyala, and Nineveh provinces since October 16 including Kirkuk, Khanaqin, Tuz Khurmatu, Makhmour, Zummar, and Shingal.

The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) warned at the time of the possibility of a humanitarian crisis if confrontation and insecurity escalate in the disputed areas, causing more people to flee their homes.

When clashes broke out after the federal forces' takeover, Abadi claimed only one "incident" had taken place, but it "did not lead to a confrontation."

“I warn, and I repeat my warning, any aggression against our citizens in Kirkuk, be it Kurds, Turkmen, Arab, or Christian, is an aggression against us... We will not allow this aggression.”

The United Nations and Human Rights Watch reported civilian deaths, looting, arson, and forced displacements, mainly of Kurds, in Kirkuk and Tuz Khurmatu.

A Kurdish MP in the Iraqi parliament, Aram Sheikh Mohammed, called on Abadi to deploy special forces of the Iraqi army to take control of Tuz in cooperation with local police in early November.

Kurdish town hit by quake refuses aid from Iran-backed militia
[RUDAW.NET] A militia group of the Iranian-backed mainly Shiite Hashd al-Shaabi has delivered aid to the earthquake-hit areas in Sulaimani province on Thursday, Kurdish officials said. One of the Kurdish towns where the aid was destined refused to accept the help claiming that the group is responsible for human rights
...which often include carefully measured allowances of freedom at the convenience of the state...
violations in Tuz Khurmatu, southeast of Kirkuk.

The Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq Shiite militia sent tents and other basic needs to the Kurdish towns of Darbandikhan and Sartaki Bamo southeast of Erbil, near the Kurdistan-Iran border.

Darbandikhan is the worst earthquake-hit area in the Kurdistan Region where several people died, many more sustained injuries, and the town’s dam was damaged in the earthquake.

Hakim Adil, the mayor of Sartaki Bamo, confirmed the group planned to send the aid. He told Rudaw on Friday that their town decided to block the delivery. He explained the Iraqi Red Islamic Thingy was also cooperating with the Hashd group, which was trying to deliver tents.

Rudaw contacted Nasih Mullah Hassan, the mayor of Darbandikhan, but he declined to comment on the issue.

Town resident Fryad Abdullah, who recorded a video of the aid delivery to Darbandikhan, said the Shiite group in fact handed the aid to some of the affected people there. He claimed officials welcomed the aid with "open arms."

The 7.3 magnitude earthquake struck near Halabja, Kurdistan Region, near the Iran-Iraq border Sunday evening and could be felt throughout the Middle East. Darbandikhan is about 78 km west of Halabja and in Sulaimani province.

Iraqi forces, supported by the Iranian-backed Hashd al-Shaabi forces, took over the oil-rich Kirkuk province, and other disputed areas in October.

In first since 2007, Gaza’s border with Egypt opens under PA control
[IsraelTimes] Cairo opens Rafah crossing for three days on a humanitarian basis, though schedule for permanent use unclear.
Unclear means the schedule will be discusses at an undefined later date -- very much jam tomorrow and jam yesterday, but never jam today.
Gazoo’s border crossing into Egypt is running under the Paleostinian Authority’s control for the first time in a decade.

Egypt opened the Rafah crossing point Saturday for three days on a humanitarian basis for the first time since Hamas, a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth", ceded control of Gazoo’s crossings with Israel and Egypt to the Western-backed PA.

In 2007, Hamas wrested control of Gazoo by force, provoking an Israeli-Egyptian blockade that severely restricted the movement of most of Gazoo’s 2 million inhabitants.

Hamas, a terrorist group which seeks Israel’s destruction, withdrew from the crossings on November 1, implementing the first step of an Egyptian-brokered deal to end the rift with PA President the ineffectual Mahmoud Abbas
... a graduate of the prestigious unaccredited Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow with a doctorate in Holocaust Denial...
’s Fatah party.

The day the PA retook control of Gazoo’s crossings, it announced the Rafah crossing would be permanently reopened on November 15, after years of Cairo allowing only intermittent exit through the vital passageway.

However,
today is that tomorrow you were thinking about yesterday...
the crossing has remained closed until Saturday, and it was not clear when the permanent reopening would take place.

Talks are to resume in Cairo this month to discuss the PA’s expansion of its rule over Gazoo and broader national issues. The PA is supposed to retake full civil control of the Gazoo Strip by December 1, ending 10 years of Hamas rule over the enclave.

The hold-up at the border is apparently due to ongoing disagreements between the PA and Hamas over security arrangements in the Strip.

Hamas is refusing to disarm its military wing as Abbas wants.
And since they never will disarm, since being armed is their reason to exist, not to mention it keeps the PA from arresting them all, or worse...
PA Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah has said a number of times that his ministries could not govern the Strip without full control over security.

The PA wants to implement a 2005 agreement that would see European observers stationed at the Rafah Crossing, as well as security coordination with Israel.

group, is also thought to be one of Cairo’s concerns.
Ynet adds:
Some 30,000 Gazoo residents have submitted requests to leave Gazoo to Egypt over the past few months.
But according to Al Ahram:
Paleostine’s envoy to Egypt Diab al-Loh said that Egypt has decided to open the crossing for three days starting Saturday for students, Paleostinians who hold residency in Egypt, and humanitarian cases.

Lebanon’s Saad Hariri arrives in Paris after refuting ‘rumors and lies’
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Former Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri
Second son of Rafik Hariri, the Leb PM who was assassinated in 2005. He has was prime minister in his own right from 2009 through early 2011. He was born in Riyadh to an Iraqi mother and graduated from Georgetown University. He managed his father's business interests in Riyadh until his father's assassination. When his father died he inherited a fortune of some $4.1 billion, which won't do him much good if Hizbullah has him bumped off, too.
arrived in Gay Paree on Saturday. French President Emmanuel Macron welcomed Saad Hariri for talks on Saturday, an AFP news hound said, hours after arriving from Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. Hariri was also due to have lunch with Macron.

The Lebanese leader’s wife and elder son were to join them for the meal after the talks, a source close to Hariri said.

Aoun said on Saturday that he had spoken by telephone to the premier after his arrival in Gay Paree, and that Hariri said he would be back in Leb for Independence Day celebrations on Wednesday.

Earlier, he tweeted that he was on his way to the airport in the Saudi capital Riyadh where he has been since his resignation.

"To say that I am held up in Saudi Arabia and not allowed to leave the country is a lie. I am on the way to the airport," Hariri tweeted.

He added that all other perpetuated details about his stay and his family's situation are nothing more than rumors and lies.

Hariri: I’ll be in Lebanon to mark Independence Day on Wednesday
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Saad Hariri
Second son of Rafik Hariri, the Leb PM who was assassinated in 2005. He has was prime minister in his own right from 2009 through early 2011. He was born in Riyadh to an Iraqi mother and graduated from Georgetown University. He managed his father's business interests in Riyadh until his father's assassination. When his father died he inherited a fortune of some $4.1 billion, which won't do him much good if Hizbullah has him bumped off, too.
has said he plans on traveling back to Leb by Wednesday in time for his country’s independence day celebrations.

Hariri, speaking to news hounds after meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron in Gay Paree, said he will be speaking with Lebanese President Michel Aoun
...president of Leb, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hizbullah...
upon his arrival and discuss the matter of his recent resignation as prime minister.

Leb will mark Independence Day on Wednesday and there have been concerns about whether Hariri will attend the annual celebrations. The ceremony is usually headed by the president, prime minister and parliament speaker.

It is the first official comment on when Hariri is likely to be back in Beirut since his Nov. 4 resignation through a broadcast on a Saudi-owned TV station from Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
NNA quoted a presidential statement saying that Hariri informed the president that he arrived in Gay Paree with his wife earlier Saturday.

#1  group also reported to heavily fear political liquidation

Actually, Israel is thinking of another type of liquidation. Why not - if Saudis tell their dependents in the West to zip it?
