Court issues arrest warrants of Col. (Retd) Sultan Sarkharoo
The Court of Additional Session Judge Talagang has issued arrest warrants of Colonel (Retd) Sultan Sarkharoo a MPA of PML (Q) in a murder case. According to detail, a case was registered against Colonel Sultan Sarkharoo in the murder case of the brother of his opponent during the recent elections, but the Police discharged him. On the request of the brother of the deceased Nazim Tariq Awan, the Additional Session Judge Talagang ordered him to present himself in the Court. Instead of appearing in the Court, Colonel Sultan Sarkhroo moved a writ petition in the High Court which was rejected. The Supreme Court also rejected his application. Despite the Court's orders, he did not appear and the Court of Additional Session Judge Talagang issued his arrest warrants. I dunno.
