Singapore to back war against Iraq
Singapore has said it would back a US-led war against Iraq without a second UN Security Council resolution if Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein does not disarm immediately. "If Iraq gets away without disarming, it will send a very bad signal to extremist groups across the world," Foreign Minister Shanmugam Jayakumar told parliament on Friday, according to a statement.
