Iraq continues sending reinforcements to Basra
The mobilization of Iraqi troops to the southern port city of Basra continued on Monday as a convoy comprising six Iraqi armored vehicles was reported to be moving on the Faw-Basra road. IRNA correspondent in the southwestern border island of Minoo has reported that the convoy was moving toward Basra at 03:25 pm local time, adding that the vehicles kept pulling over and forming arrangement to counter air raids at the sound of approaching hostile planes. The US-British planes had bombarded the Faw-Basra road for several times earlier in the day. Hope somebody noticed and delivered the delicacies of the season... By air mail.
