Body of second US F/A-18 pilot found in Iraq
WASHINGTON - The remains of a US pilot, who had crashed in Iraq, have been found, the Pentagon said on Wednesday. Search teams located the body of the second F/A-18 fighter aircraft pilot but determined that there was "no initial indication of hostile fire in the area", the Pentagon said. However, the May 3 incident, which left two US Marine Corps pilots dead and their planes destroyed, is being investigated.The F/A-18s were based on the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier.
