Talibs say they're gonna make a comeback, yep, yep!
Prominent Taliban Commander in Afghanistan has said that Taliban still enjoy the support of the people of Afghanistan and vowed to expel the Americans from the country. In his first ever interview with the BBC Pashto service since the fall of Taliban government, he said that "now it is the time of Jihad and we would wage Jihad for the liberation of our land."
Yep. That's a Talib, alright, even if he doesn't have a name. All he can say is "jihad"...
He said during the week Taliban militia arrested nearly 65 Afghan soldiers and killed two US soldiers and besieged the Afghan government. He said we also seized two vehicles as one them was set on fire while the second one was taken into control. On a query that Taliban and Hekmatyar's men are carrying out joint operations, Mullah Dadullah said so far the Al-Qaeda has no presence in Afghanistan and all other Afghans including Taliban and Hekmatyar's are determined to expel the crusaders from our country by waging Jihad against them. He said that Afghans have come to know that Americans have no ambitions to rebuild Afghanistan but are hell bent to destroy it to ruins. "The whole Afghans are with Taliban and we have complete agreement on one issue that is to expel the Jews and Christians from Afghanistan by waging Jihad in the country. No one in country is against the Taliban," he maintained.
"They just love us! Really! Truly!"
On a query that who is supporting Taliban to carryout operations, he said, "Afghanistan is our country and we have enough resources to carry out our activities". During the Jihad Afghans fought the Russians with just five bullets but now the Taliban have several secret arms caches which they are using for this purpose.
During the jihad against the Russians, U.S. and Soddy money and arms and men were pouring in.
Answering a question about support to Taliban only in the Pushtoon areas in northern part of Afghanistan, he said it is not true as in the Pushtoon dominated areas the Taliban can reveal their identities. "But in the northern part the regime is very cruel and oppressive and the Taliban supporters can not reveal their identities that's why we are conducting such operations in the Pushtoon dominated areas".
"Yeah. Everybody likes us. You just don't hear about it..."
Mullah Dadullah said that Mullah Muhammad Omar is alive and on his letter, "we have appointed our leaders and we have waged Jihad. We are working on his instructions. He further said that he has no information about Osama".
