Senior Afghan Judge Gunned Down
 Two armed men riding a motorcycle yesterday gunned down a senior Afghan judge in Afghanistan's southern province of Kandahar, the former stronghold of Taleban spiritual leader, Mulla Mohammad Omar, officials said. Nimat-ullh, the head of Panjwayee primary court was gunned down early yesterday morning soon after he left his home to pray at the nearby mosque, according to Niaz Mohammad, the district governor of Panjwayee.Posted by: Fred 2005-07-24 |
