MAKHACHKALA, Russia - A bomb exploded beneath a train in Russiaâs violence-plagued Dagestan region on Sunday, killing one person and injuring four others, police said.A powerful explosive device went off under the first car of the train as it headed from the regional capital, Makhachkala, to the town of Khasavyurt, derailing the car and leaving a crater on the track bed, said Akhmed Magomayev, chief of staff of the transport police in Dagestan.
