Fast-track extradition for suspect
 The London train bomber suspect captured in Italy is expected to be returned to Britain under a new fast-track extradition law, police said. Hussain Osman, 27, accused of trying to detonate his device on a train near Shepherd's Bush, is still being questioned by detectives in Rome. Scotland Yard confirmed they have asked for him to be handed over under a European Arrest Warrant, a legal procedure which only came into effect in Italy last Thursday. Posted by: Fred 2005-07-31 |
