Dutch freeze proceedings against jihad boy
The Dutch national prosecutorâs office yesterday froze proceedings against a Dutch man of Iraqi origin, Wesam Al-Delaema, accused of planning attacks on US convoys in Fallujah, Iraq with a weapon of mass destruction. Proceedings were stopped pending Washingtonâs decision to extradite him.
