Caucasus Corpse Count
Three  traffic police officers were killed after unidentified attackers opened fire on them in Russiaâs southern republic of Dagestan that borders Chechnya, RIA Novosti reported. The incident occurred on the Kavkaz federal highway near the village of Inchkhe, some 70 km from the republicâs capital, Makhachkala. The attackers managed to escape from the scene of the shooting.
