Insurgents threaten to unleash HIV infected women on Indian troops
SHILLONG: Insurgent groups in the North-East are now threatening to use a new weapon against the security forces.The Assam Rifles has received threats from militant organisations of this region that they would let loose HIV infected women to spread the disease among jawans posted in Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland and Tripura.
