FARC's foreign envoy arrested
 Colombian authorities arrested a suspected leftist rebel leader at Bogota's international airport in a journey that included Texas. Farouk Shaikh Reyes is wanted in Florida on drug trafficking charges. Investigators say Shaikh Reyes is an alleged foreign envoy of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, or FARC. Shaikh Reyes apparently had earlier traveled to Mexico by land from Houston. He was captured after he stepped off a flight late Saturday from Mexico City.
