186 prisoners set free from Abu Ghraib
 Iraqi authorities set free on Sunday 186 detainees out of 2000 Iraqis due to be freed in phases, according to an official statement. The statement, released by the bureau of Chairman of the Iraqi National Assembly Dr. Hajem Al-Hasani who supervised the release, said the inmates were freed from the American-guarded Abu Ghraib prison in response to an initative, made by Al-Hasani and several other ranking figures.
