Terrorist attacks declining in Chechnya
A total of 28 terrorist attacks have been committed in Chechnya so far this year, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Mikhail Kamynin said."A total of 28 terrorist attacks have been committed so far this year, while last year the number of attacks was 130," he told the Germany's Deutschland Radio in an interview, published on the Russian Foreign Ministry's website.
