When you need reference material
Its been awhile since I have posted reference material links. (We sometimes need evidence to back up our Rants..)
This is the DefenseLink site with the published documents of DoD prepared for congress and such. A good source for stats, details and offical strategy of both the US and others.
Also, follow this link from the DoD to other publication sources
The Indian site Orders Of Battle is often forgotten.
National Science Foundation search can be made here.
