WMD documents found in Chechnya
Documents describing technologies of 'dirty' radioactive, chemical and biological weapons have been found in Chechnya, Chief of the Russian General Staff Yury Baluyevsky said Thursday.He said Russia should upgrade its system of protection against such weapons.
