Putin congratulates Nazarbayev
 Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Kazakhstan's Nursultan Nazarbayev on Monday on what he said was a "convincing victory" in Sunday's election. A Kremlin statement said Putin offered his congratulations in a phone conversation with Nazarbayev.
