 DC Examiner's "One Word" - in it's entirity.Howard Deanâs remarks on Iraq The Democratic National Committee chairman recently has been under fire for comments he made on Iraq, in which he said: âThe idea that the United States is going to win the war in Iraq is just plain wrong.â After the political firestorm, Dean sought to clarify his remarks, saying he was speaking in metaphor â by âthe United Statesâ he meant âDemocrats,â and by âwar in Iraqâ he meant â2006 elections.â Can't include picture of Howlin' Howie from Firefox at home.
