Istanbul boomers' trial adjourned
The trial of more than 70 Al Qaeda suspects in Turkey was postponed shortly after convening on Tuesday to allow a new prosecutor assigned to the case time to prepare.The defendants, many of whom have been in prison for more than two years since 2003 Al Qaeda linked suicide bombings in Istanbul, face charges ranging from aiding and abetting terrorism to membership in a terrorist group.
