Oil revenue being diverted to insurgency
Iraq's finance minister believes that 40 percent to 50 percent of black-market oil revenues are going to the insurgency, the New York Times reported Saturday.I'm sorry, I just can't go to the NYT anymore. "It's gone beyond Nigeria levels now where it really threatens national security," Allawi told the Times. "The insurgents are involved at all levels."
