Death for Jordanian bomb plotters
 A Jordanian military court has sentenced nine men including Iraq al-Qaeda leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi to death for plotting a chemical attack. Al-Zarqawi and three of the other defendants were condemned in absentia. He has already been given three death sentences in Jordan. Those in court to receive the sentence included Azmi al-Jayousi, said to be the mastermind of the plot.
