Islamabad, Kabul agree to enhance anti-terror efforts
 Pakistan and Afghanistan have agreed to enhance security cooperation to combat terrorism and deal with the growing problem of cross-border incursions. This understanding was reached at a meeting between President Pervez Musharraf and Afghan President Hamid Karzai at Presidents House on Wednesday.The Afghan president arrived on a three-day visit to Pakistan on Wednesday. The meeting reviewed the regional security situation along with the latest developments in the war on terror. The two leaders agreed to use the Pakistan-Afghanistan-US Tripartite Commission to increase security coordination and intelligence sharing. President Musharraf said that greater bilateral intelligence cooperation and coordination at the tripartite forum will help combat the menace of terrorism, which retards regional progress.
