 District Coordination Officer (DCO) Abdul Samad Lasi said that as soon as the arrest warrants of Akbar Bugti, his two grandsons and 12 others were issued in lieu of the three cases registered against them in the Sui police station, they would be arrested. Talking to a private television channel on Wednesday, the DCO said that the overall security situation in Dera Bugti was very good and after the return of the Kalpar and Masoori tribes, Sui and Bakkar were becoming more peaceful. He said that the 3 cases were registered against Nawab Akbar Bugti his two grandsons and others under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427 and others of the Pakistan Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosives Act and under Section 7 of the anti-terrorism act.
