Sanctions stop N Korea returning to six-way nuclear talks
 Pyongyang will not return to the six-party talks over its nuclear ambitions because of the financial sanctions imposed by the United States, Ri Gun, the director general of the American Affairs Bureau of the North Korean Foreign Ministry said.
