Eight insurgents killed, 10 arrested - ministry
 Iraqi interior ministry announced on Thursday the killing of eight insurgents and the arrest of ten others in an operations carried out by Iraqi security forces. A statement by the ministry said seven of these men were arrested and seven others were arrested when its forces stormed their hideout in the city of Samarra. The statement said three other insurgents were arrested in Baghdad. TNT explosives were find in their car, it added.
