Baloch activist arrested
 Law enforcement agencies detained Munir Mengal, a retired officer of the State Bank of Pakistan and aide of some Baloch leaders, at Jinnah International Airport upon his arrival from Dubai on Tuesday morning. An immigration official told Daily Times that Mengal had arrived by an Emirates Airline flight.
