The EU Free Movement Directive, entered into force this week... "Free movement of workers has been a major success particularly in the UK. But this directive will undermine member states rights to deport criminals, to control their borders, and control access to benefits for people from other member states who are not working. This is a big mistake, not just because these changes are bad in themselves, but because in the long run they will undermine public support for free movement of workers." ...
