Shoot Out at Federal Pen
 (CNN) -- Three people were shot, two fatally, at a Tallahassee, Florida, federal prison Wednesday as federal agents were serving an indictment on six corrections officers, authorities said.One of those being arrested opened fire, the FBI said. A federal agent and the gunman were both killed. The shooting occurred about 7:45 a.m. at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tallahassee.
