Germany to spark 'climate crisis'
From the article:Mr Schroeren said Germany was still committed to its Kyoto targets, but would achieve carbon cuts through other measures. One plan is to cut three million tonnes of carbon by training motorists to drive more economically. ROFLMAO! Has Mr. Schroeren ever been on the Autobahn?
