13 militants lay down arms in Chechnya - Kadyrov
 (Interfax) - Militants from the Doku Umarov criminal armed group are ready to lay down their arms, Chechen Prime Minister Ramzan Kadyrov told the Chechen Interior Ministry's senior officials. "As a result of the work we have done, 13 militants taking direct orders from Umarov have announced they are ready to surrender," he said.
