China builds huge nuclear bunker in Shanghai?
 Shanghai: A massive bunker complex capable of sheltering 200,000 people from a nuclear attack has been built, a local newspaper has reported. The 970,000sq ft complex has water, electricity, lighting, ventilation and protective doors, and connects to shopping centres, office blocks, apartment buildings and the subway system via 15 tunnels.| Um. Okay. Alrighty then. WTF??? |
| Seeing as Shanghai has 14 million people, and the metro area likely double that, they're going to save 200k people? Hmmm, I think somehow drawing lots isn't what they have in mind. |
