The biggest obstacle to winning the GWOT is the majority in Western Civilization who believe that al-Qaeda is unpopular among Muslims, and that we have firm and useful allies in their countries. And we can't expect to stop terror financing abroad as long as we allow Homeland-jihadis - members of CAIR, ISNA, AMC, etc - to use funds acquired here, to spread terror abroad. What an example!
