Iraqi police arrest 12 armed men among them Al-Qaeda members
 (KUNA) -- Iraqi police arrested 12 armed men on Wednesday among them members of Al-Qaeda in Iraq in an operation called "Lions" in the city of Mosul.A statement by Iraqi police chief, Brigadier Watheq Al-Hamdani said Iraqi forces arrested the gunmen in a security operation which started last night. Al-Hamdani added large amount of weapons and car license plates were seized. The gunmen use the license plates for deception, kidnapping, and killing operations, the police chief said.
