Sonny Nicole Smith cleared for planting
 A death certificate has been issued clearing the way for the funeral of Daniel Wayne Smith but it sheds no light on the cause of death. In two other developments in The Bahamas, news is that an inquest may not be held into his death and the Coroner's Court has been disbanded with immediate effect.

Daniel Wayne, son of American actress and model, Anna Nicole Smith, can now be laid to rest. His body which has been laying in a funeral home in Nassau since September 10 is being prepared for burial. That is because a death certificate has now been issued. The cause of death is recorded as "pending chemical analysis" which officials in Nassau say was not unusual to allow for funeral arrangements to proceed. The first of three toxicology tests show traces of the antidepressant Lexapro and sleeping medication Ambien, but not in doses high enough to cause sudden death, Anna Nicole's attorney Howard K. Stern said.
