Russia Asks NKors Not to Push Nuke Tests
 Russia has asked North Korea to show restraint over its intention to hold nuclear tests saying it could aggravate the situation in the Korean peninsula, Russian news agency RIA-Novosti reports.We believe that this move could lead to a further escalation of the military-political situation on the Korean peninsula and could affect the international nuclear non-proliferation system, the Russian foreign ministry said in a statement issued on Tuesday.
