Canadian military deaths hit 40
 KANDAHAR, Afghanistan (CP) - A roadside bomb killed a Canadian soldier Saturday as he rode inside a Nyala armoured truck, a blast-resistant monster hailed by soldiers and brass alike as the ultimate protection against such attacks.Trooper Mark Andrew Wilson, of the Royal Canadian Dragoons, based in Petawawa, Ont., was the 40th to die in Afghanistan since 2002, matching the number of British soldiers killed in the country since the Taliban were overthrown.
