Predictable as the sunset... | BEIJING: Humanitarian groups are sounding alarm bells over the potential impact of UN sanctions on North Korea, saying that as winter sets in, tough action may hurt the downtrodden people more than the communist regime. Some experts fears that as North Korea heads towards another of northeast Asia's long and bitter winters, economic sanctions could contribute to a new humanitarian crisis in a nation barely able to feed its own people.
