Top commander of Hizbul surrenders in Indian-administered Jammu, Kashmir
 (KUNA) -- A top commander of terror group Hizbul Mujahedeen was among the two guerrillas who surrendered before security forces in Udhampur district of Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir Sunday. Hizbul area commander Mohammad Sharif alias Osama and his close associate Tariq surrendered before the Indian army and police Sunday, news agency Indo-Asian News Service reported.
