Thousands of refugees are escaping Somalia by making the dangerous crossing to Yemen. Channel 4 News has uncovered disturbing new evidence of ill treatment from people smugglers and authorities. The United Nations has warned the situation is a tragedy. It has described the people-trafficking industry as "murder at sea".
