Saoodi F-15 crashes in desert
 RIYADH - A US-made F-15 fighter plane crashed on Wednesday during a training session in an eastern region of Saudi Arabia but the pilot survived, the defence ministry said. The fighter jet fell in a training zone some 80 kilometers (50 miles) west of the King Abdul Aziz airbase, a ministry official said, as quoted by the SPA state news agency.The pilot survived the crash, which occurred in the desert, the unnamed official said.
