Suspended French Muslim airport workers sue minister
Seven French Muslim airport workers who had their security clearances withdrawn because of fears they had links to extremist groups launched a lawsuit Monday against Interior Minister Nicolas Sarkozy. The seven were among 72 employees at Pariss Charles de Gaulle airport who have recently been stripped of their authorisation to go into restricted areas because of security concerns.Posted by: Fred 2006-11-07 |
