3 people dead in drive-by shooting in Chechnya
 ROSTOV-ON-DON: Suspected rebels in Russia's war-shattered province of Chechnya killed a police official and two other people in a drive-by shooting Sunday, police officials said. The incident took place in the Kurchaloi district in eastern Chechnya, when the assailants opened fire on a car carrying the member of Chechnya's elite police unit and two passengers, a man and a woman, the regional Interior Ministry said.
