A vehicle reportedly hit a house in the University Avenue area of the city this morning, trapping a male in the vehicle.The accident, at 316 Pennsylvania Ave., occurred when the driver, a 29-year-old man, was unable to stop his vehicle and reportedly opened the door of his car to stop it with his foot., said Rural Metro ambulance service spokesman John Halldow.
