Mass grave with 28 bodies uncovered
(KUNA) -- A mass grave including bodies of 28 people was uncovered by American and Iraqi soldiers south of Baqouba, said a Multi-National Force statement released on Thursday. The bodies were taken to Al-Nahrawan area for identification by family members and were then moved to a police station in Baghdad.Other statements said one MNF soldier had been killed in combat in Baghdad, Wednesday, and a marine died of wounds inflicted in combat operations in Al-Anbar.
