Kasuri did not say Taliban were winning: FO
 The Foreign Office (FO) on Thursday denied a report in British newspaper the Daily Telegraph that Foreign Minister Khurshid Kasuri had said that the Taliban were winning the war in Afghanistan and NATO member states should not send more troops to Afghanistan. "Lies! All lies!" The FO said that Kasuri had only repeated what Pakistan had stressed all along the need for a comprehensive strategy in Afghanistan. "His words were taken outta context!" Kasuri had emphasised that a military approach alone would not resolve the problem in Afghanistan. "The tape was doctored!"
