Pinochet family sees miracle in health improvement
 SANTIAGO - Augusto Pinochets family saw his health improvement Monday as almost a miracle after the ex-dictator, who has never faced trial for his regimes abuses, underwent surgery for a major heart attack.The 91-year-old former strongmans family feels calmer after doctors announced Monday the risk of death had diminished following Sundays surgery, said his eldest daughter, Lucia Pinochet Hiriart.
