The deceased were identified as Abul Kalam, 38, son of Momin Mondal of Harinakunda upazila in Jhenidah district, and Habibur Rahman, 40, of Gangni upazila in Meherpur district.
Police said outlawed party member Kalam fell ill in the district jail Monday night. He was admitted to the hospital where he died at 8:30am Tuesday. | Key word here may be "fell". |
Habibur Rahman, who was sentenced to life term imprisonment, was taken to the hospital after he suffered cardiac problems in the jail Monday night. | Heart stopped beating, that covers a lot of "cardiac problems". |
He died in the hospital at 10am Tuesday.
