Kids set off explosion at presidential palace
An explosion has rocked the compound of the Presidential Palace in Kabul. AFP news agency reports the explosion was caused by two artillery shells, adding that a palace guard says one civilian was injured. "It was not a large explosion," said Fakhroudin, a palace guard. "Just two kids visiting their uncle who works here, they touched the shells and they went off." He said one of the children was injured but not seriously.
"Mahmood! Put that thing down! You'll put somebody's eye out!"
